I have recently completed Msc in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology with thesis and now actively seeking a PhD position linked to cancer or stem cell research. With extensive experience working within wet Laboratory and fieldwork. I have the organizational skills to explore with the planning and perform analysis of data. I have good knowledge of lab practices. I am also skilled in molecular techniques RNA extraction, cDNA library, DNA extraction, DNA purification, PCR, RT-qPCR, gene sequencing, and Bioinformatics like Primer design and Vaccine design.

I have been in Animal Biotechnology Lab, SUST. During my Bsc and Thesis, I have done wet lab-based projects named 1. “Detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in tumor suppressor genes of different cancer patients in Sylhet”, 2. "Detection of CK19 and CD44 genes in peripheral blood of different cancer patients by RT-qPCR" and a survey-based project named “Health impact of using social media among university students of Bangladesh.”

I have a strong passion for delving deeper into the fascinating fields of cell and molecular biology, such as cancer biology, developmental biology, immunology, and neuroscience. My main objective is to uncover the fundamental causes of diseases and discover effective ways to alleviate the immense suffering endured by individuals. Currently, my focus lies in acquiring valuable skills and extensive knowledge in the realm of biological research. I eagerly embrace any challenges that come my way within prestigious research organizations, as they serve as stepping stones towards achieving my short-term goal. My ultimate aspiration is to become a renowned researcher and scale the heights of success. To accomplish this, I am dedicatedly preparing myself for advanced studies, aspiring to pursue a Master's or Ph.D. degree at a distinguished university worldwide.
